Do you watch "Pesos and Sense" in GMA News TV?This is a 30minutes TV program every saturday in the morning.I do love to watch this show because I learn more about stocks, financial planning, money management  and investment. This morning Mr.Aya Laraya announced that today's show is the last episode of the program.I feel sad.I do not have time to attend free seminar in citisec office located at PSE building in Ortigas with the help of "Pesos and Sense" my learnings about stockmarket open out to be updated.I am hoping that they can find sponsor soon to show up again on TV because this program is very helpful to everyone!

Baby Girl's Costume

After, my pelvic ultrasound the OB told me it's a baby girl. I am excited to buy my first baby outfit.I enjoy shopping children's wear because it is too cute however  quiet expensive like adult's wear.

Yesterday, hubby and I go to the mall for window shopping only.We are looking for "sale" items of baby's dress.I feel lucky that there is a fifty percent off  on selected baby's clothes. We decided to buy a few pairs only.We gonna go for shopping next payday. We still hope that we can find discounted items. :-)

Golden Sunset View

This post is continuation of Manila Ocean Park vs Golden Sunset.
Finally, the team decided to go in Golden Sunset. The place is calm and nice!
We left around 7:30am in Laguna and arrived at 9:30am in Calatagan Batangas. It is 2.5hours travel.
We rest for 30minutes to eat our snack. Then go around the place. The swimming pool tempted me to take a bathe but I cannot. My workmates told me that it is not advisable  for pregnant to take a bathe in a pool.I enjoy the presentation during our lunch time! It is  acultural folk dances in the Philippines.I remember my elementary and high school days. The "Tinikling" ,"Pandango sa Ilaw" etc.

OBGYNE

I diagnosed as polycystic in Calamba Medical Hospital last June 2011.I admitted  because my menstruation is not regular. I intake pills to have my period  every month.I intake pills for 5 years.I stop it when I got married last May 2011.My hubby and I are always praying to have a baby soon. However, my OB told us that it is difficult for us to have a baby.I transfer to Asian Hospital for second opinion.I can't sleep at night thinking that I can't have a baby.In Asian I met Dra. Martha Millar Aquino. She give me medicine to ovulate, which means I can able to  produce more egg cells .I intake it for a week and came back to her.We expect that I gonna have my menstruation first over that week but I didn't.I worried a lot! She advise me to have a pregnancy test  before I gonna have my second transvi ultrasound. It turned out POSITIVE! My hubby and I was really amazed!I didn't came back my first OB, not just I do not like her service it is because I am not satisfied of the treatment or medication she gonna give me.
Now, I am 5 months preggy ,it is  excited as a future mother like me especially if the baby kicks and moved in my tummy :-) My attending OB is still Dra. Martha Aquino from Asian Hospital.isn't it classy ? No, because I have a health card which company provided us.My pre natal check up is free! In my first trimester,it is difficult for me because I work at night. My tummy  is always having a contraction. My feet swell at early month. In Asian Hospital ,I know they have best Doctor and it is really True!  Dra. Martha Aquino give meds an effective one! It really helps a lot and I feel comfortable working in night shift duty.I like her because she didn't treat my like a baby ,instead she teach me to become responsible as a pregnant woman.I can say Dra. Martha Aquino is one of a recommended OB in Asian Hospital.

Protect Yourself from Phising

Everybody knows that there are lots of scam online. Why scamming still happened? There  are advisory, clips , journals, blogs etc. that warned about online scam however there are different ways of scamming. Those people are like inventor of gadgets. The newest invention sales more!
I have read an advisory from UNION BANK.I share this because most bloggers use EON card.
How can we protect ourselves from phising? Let me define first What is Phising.
What is Phising?
Phishing is a way of attempting to acquire information such as usernames, passwords, and credit card details by masquerading as a trustworthy entity in an electronic communication. Communications purporting to be from popular social web sites, auction sites, online payment processors or IT administrators are commonly used to lure the unsuspecting public. Phishing is typically carried out by e-mail spoofingor instant messaging, and it often directs users to enter details at a fake website whose look and feel are almost identical to the legitimate one.

Bank Advisory:
As an Internet user, you should know about phishing emails. They can appear to be from a well-known company but may put you at risk.
A phishing email generally asks you to click a link in the email and provide, update or confirm sensitive personal information. It may refer to a supposedly urgent or threatening condition concerning your account.
Please note that UnionBank will never send you an email asking for your personal information. You should NOT respond to such email or reveal your PIN or PASSWORD to anyone. Also, Do NOT visit the phishing site, as it is likely to contain a virus or otherwise compromise your confidential information.
For questions about phishing, suspicious emails, or concerns on the security of your account, please call our 24-hour Customer Support at 8418600.

Dream Car

Anyone knows about car? Hope you can help me a clip review or give suggestions. It is difficult to decide what to chose if  you have limited knowledge or ideas of the stuff your buying.Isn't it?
I have read  different  car reviews online but still I cannot decide which is better! The following are the three things I consider in picking out my dream car.

  • fuel efficient
  • budget capable
  • 5 persons capacity
I found one brand the SUZUKI or KIA.I prefer suzuki however it is confusing either Suzuki Celerio or Suzuki alto K10.
Suzuki CELERIO

Suzuki Alto K10
CAR REVIEW:
SUZUKI ALTO K10
Powering the updated Alto is a more powerful 1.0-liter K10B engine, which replaces the 0.8-liter F8D engine of the pre-facelift model. The Alto K10 is also packed with an improved suspension, new cable type five-speed transmission, super brake system, front power windows, power door locks, AM/FM/CD radio and more knee room for rear seat passengers.
"The first model of the Suzuki Alto, which we introduced in 2007 is still one of our most popular cars primarily because of its fuel efficiency and unparalleled value for money
The Suzuki Alto K10 price P439,000.
SUZUKI CELERIO
The Celerio fits right in between the Alto and the Swift. So if you're looking for a truly mass-market car, the Alto's for you. If you have money to spend and you want a sporty hatchback, there's the Swift. But if you're a college student or if you're a young, married couple, then the Celerio's for you.
The Celerio caters to a young market with its aerodynamic design that boasts a "boy-racer look." It measures 3,500 mm in length, 1,600 mm in width and 1,470 mm in height.
The car sustains its sporty feel on the inside with the dashboard-mounted rev counter and the bucket seats.
Under the hood, the Celerio is powered by a 1.0-liter 12-valve three-cylinder gasoline-fed engine. It meets the Euro 3 emission standards.
Celerio comes in five-speed manual transmission at P528,000 and in four-speed automatic transmission at P569,000.
For safety, the Celerio is packed with dual front airbags, side door beams, and anti-lock brake system with electronic brake force distribution and brake assist.

Manila Ocean Park or Golden Sunset

Golden Sunset,Calatagan Batangas (The PARADISE ! )

If I gonna ask you what place you will chose Manila Ocean Park or Golden Sunset in Batangas?
This week I am busy getting my team votes.Which is majority Manila Ocean Park or Golden Sunset. In the company, we had services and manufacturing team.I belong in a services team.Last audit we won as the Best Team! The company give us a team building price going to Golden Sunset in Calatagan Batangas as the first prize and Manila Ocean Park for the second price.Everything was already set.All members who will join arrange their schedule for the week.It so happen that Manila Ocean Park show on Television the newest attraction ( snow, fish spa and penguin  many more) most members suggest that it could be possible if we can change the venue to Manila Ocean Park.I saw most members were excited and happy! I talk to the manager if it is possible. They permit us however the condition will be "I gonna get the opinions of all team members,if majority will vote the Manila Ocean Park it will be approve" .The difficult thing doing is to contact each member especially those who were in rest days. The risk is I have only given  one day to decide either Manila Ocean Park or Golden Sunset.I tried my best to do my job at the end of the day Golden Sunset still win because of its NEW OUTDOOR MUSEUM!
If you will ask me, I gonna chose both because I have not yet visited those places.
